| Grass fed rather than grain finished meat. Research shows grass finished meats have higher omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). Showing great promise for human health in regenerative and preventative in cancer, high blood pressure heart disease, depression, obesity, diabetes, arthritis, allergies and dementia. Our meats focus on less fat, fewer calories, and more antioxidants. We currently are persuing "Certified humane" certification: Meaning our production practices include great care in the health and welfare of our animals, which translates into a high quality product that you enjoy. We offer a variety of meat products including grass-fed and finished beef, lamb, and goat which have been properly aged for tenderness and taste. We use no antibiotics or growth hormones. |
