| This farming operation is operated by two brothers and is a 4th generation operation. They raise their hogs in lots, not in confinement. Sows farrrow in huts where they have access to the fresh air and sunshine. The Berkshire breed is used to produce outstanding meat quality. The sheep are raised in pastures, and most lamb is sold for the Easter holiday but some limited supplies remain year round. Dorper and Droper crosses are raised for their ability to produce mild flavor and tender meat. Customers can select their animal at the farm and arrange for custom processing or take the animals with them to process themselves. Pressel farms will assist you in the selection of an animal and will help with all details.
